I have a library copy of Dragons of Autumn Twilight that I got for my son to see if he wants to read the series. It is missing everything before page 4. That page starts with:

Yes, that is the first line of the story.
The only thing you are missing is the "Dragon Canticle" the poem that chronicles the past of Krynn mentioning HUMA and the Cataclysm. |

Thank you for your reply. I ended up taking the book back because I was highly allergic to the dust in it for some reason, but the next copy I got started on page 7, with that same line. Seems I am not meant to read that poem.
